How to install Shopify Full checkout

Now our builders can use bsecure full checkout on their Shopify stores and enable PIM to sell their products on bSecure app by creating a Shopify custom app.

Step by Step Guide to - Shopify full checkout and PIM

Step 1

Go to "Manage stores" on your builder portal and click on the “Edit store” button for the store that is integrated with Shopify.

Step 2

Select the “Shopify full checkout” option from the integration type drop-down menu.

Step 3

Now type your store name in the Shopify domain in the “Add your .myshopify domain” field

i.e just type “bsecure-test” if your domain name is “https://bsecure-test.myshopify.com”

Step 4

Now you need to generate the “API key and password”

for that follow these steps:

Goto your Shopify admin panel and click on “Apps”.

Click on “Develop Apps”.

Click on the “Create an app” button

Now type “bSecure full checkout and PIM” in app name.

Now click on the “Configuration tab”

Click on “Admin API integration”

Now give the following permissions accordingly.

Configuration/Permissions for Admin API Integration:

1.) Draft Orders → Write and Read

2.) Orders → Write and Read

3.) Products Listing → Write and Read

4.) Products → Write and Read

5.) Script Tags → Write and Read

Now click on the “Save” button.

Now go back to the “Configuration” tab and click on “Storefront API integration”

Now give the following permissions accordingly.

Configuration/Permissions for Storefront API integration:

Products → unauthenticated_read_product_listings

Now click on the “Save” button.

Now click on “API credentials” and click on “Install App”

Step 5

Now you will land on this page and then you have to copy “Admin API access token” and “API key”

And paste these credentials in your bSecure portal “Store settings”

API Key (Shopify Api credentials) → API Key (bSecure store settings)

Admin API access token (Shopify Api credentials) → Password (bSecure store settings)

Step 6

Now enable the “Connect full checkout” or “PIM” toggle button depending upon your requirements.

Step 7

Now click on the “Update Store” button and bSecure full checkout will be enabled on your Shopify store.
