What happens when I set a minimum order limit at my checkout?
The customer will only be able to checkout if their cart value is equal to or greater than the minimum order value set by the Builder. The checkout is blocked until the cart value is reached.
Example: Minimum Order Limit is set at Rs 1000/- by the Builder. The customer can only checkout if their cart value is equal to or greater than Rs 1000/-
An error message pops up on the website directing the customer to add more items to the cart.
How can I set a minimum order limit on my portal?
To activate minimum order value
- Login to Builder Portal
- Go to bSecure Apps.
- Then click on more features
- Then in Order Management portal you have to add minimum order limit
- Over there you can enable the Minimum Order Value feature and enter an amount in PKR
- Click Update.
- That’s it! Now go and test it out on your website.
