Notifications
In the Notifications through ‘Email/SMS’, Builders can choose the messengers email from which the customer will get the email as well as what stages of the order process customers are notified about.
- Some of the features we offer include notifying customers when they place an order, when a payment fails, when a refund is initiated, when a refund is completed, and when a manual order is created.
To enable this, go to Settings, and in Other settings portal, click on Notifications tab.
Then just select the checkbox based on your preferences and save the settings.
