Bykea Purchase Integration

Bykea Purchase integration allows you to sell your product from retail stores where your products are available. If someone orders from the product link for which Bykea Purchase API is enabled, Bykea rider will be notified to purchase the product from any relevant retail store and deliver the product. Bykea rider will use his own cash to purchase the product and get refunded by the customer who ordered the product.

💡Once you get the live credentials for Bykea with the help of bSecure's team, you need to enter them in the Builder Portal.

Step 1: Log in to your account on builder.bsecure.pk and click on the Settings tab found in the sidebar menu. Once clicked you will be redirected to the Global Settings page.

Step 2: Then in the Business portal, you have to click on the Merchant Credentials.

Step 3: Once clicked you will be redirected to the Merchant Credentials portal. Then you have to click on the Shipment credentials.

Step 4: Then select the shipment method as Bykea and Environment as Live, and a new portal is opened for entering Bykea Username and Bykea Password.

Step 5: Then you have to enter your credentials in "Bykea Username" and "Bykea Password", obtained from the bSecure team.

Step 6: Then click on the "Save" button to save your Bykea credentials.

💡Now enable the Bykea shipment method for the Shipment Methods portal. Here you can also control if you want to enable free shipping or not.

Step 1: Click on the Settings option found in the sidebar menu.

Step 2: Now click on the Shipment methods tab from the Shipment Settings portal.

Step 3: Once clicked you will be redirected to the Shipment Methods page. Then click on the Bykea and set "Enable Bykea" as ON and make sure to click the "Save Bykea" button after it.

(Optional) Step 4: Set "Enable free of cost shipment" as ON and enter the minimum cart value for Bykea Shipping to be used as Free.

💡Important Note: If the customer does not honour the order or the order gets cancelled from the Bykea app, please remember that Bykea will charge the fare/cancellation fee to the Merchant/Builder

💡Pre-requisite: You must be enabled by the bSecure team to use Bykea Purchase. If you are enabled for Bykea Purchase, you CANNOT use Bykea Pick up. All your pickup product links will show an error, and your bSecure shop page will only show Bykea Purchase products.

Step 1: Log in to your account on builder.bsecure.pk.

Step 2: Now click on the Manage Products. Once clicked you will be redirected to the products page.

Step 3: Now click on the "Id" of the product for which you want to use Bykea Purchase.

Step 4: When the "Edit Product" popup opens, you find "Additional Product Settings" and click on it to expand.

Step 5: Enter the "Product category", so Bykea rider can purchase it from the nearest shop matching the product category.

Step 6: You can also Upload a "Voice Note for Bykea Riders", to make sure they understand the address and other specifics. So, they won't bug you for details during the order. The "Short description" also serves the same result in a textual manner.

Step 7: Click on "Save" to finish editing your product.
